With renewed vigor.
Who cares who knows my blog exists. I've missed talking to you guys, telling you about my worthless days and giving you insight into stupid topics that nobody cares about.
So I'm here again, to stay. I figure, I like being the fourth best blogger I know, and there's no way I'm going to beat Shane or Kate (or Katie or Katherine or KP or whatever she chooses to call herself in college), so I'm going to keep my number 4 title.
My original goal was to beat Joe. I believe I have outnumbered him, in this time frame, 44-7, so he has some catching up to do. Then there's Dann, who I probably beat 18 to 6. And of course Christy, which might have been a 44-1 victory. As for Shane, something like a 44-1,239,887, or thereabouts.
Enough history and stats.
I'm blogging from work for the first time. What that means is that I can finally see graphics on the Blogger Website. Totally Radical, Man. All sorts of stuf I didn't know existed, like bullets/and/numbering, justified text, different font colors, and even block quotes. Stellar. I'm going to justify everything now (the journalist/lawyer in me LOVES to justify).
What's new on my front? Who cares, I still have a long time before I leave for college. What about YOU? You college freshmen leaving in a week or two. Or you underclassmen returning to school. Please don't lose touch...my e-mail is r-morton@northwestern.edu. I check it very often, probaby even more than once a month once I get to college.
I'm getting a little teary eyed...actually, why should I...I never liked you guys anyway...screw you...I get to make better, more awesomer friends in college
Ah, would this be a good time for "Listen to Ryan's Pathetic Childhood?" Nah, I rarely (3 out of 44 posts) use this blog for complaining purposes. So why change now?
I think that's good enough for a return. I'll give you a good random post next time.
8/8/04 = Cubs lost 6-3. I'm not exactly sure how, cuz I fell asleep, but I know Kerry Wood picked up the loss against the Giants.
Random Factoid: There are 15 kids from the Tri-City Area participating on Olympic Development Program State Teams in Illinois. For more information, see an article by a talented young writer for the Daily Herald.
